In the Fall of 2013, Hite Elementary officially began using Singapore Math as a strategy for math instruction. In the Fall of 2014, Mandarin Chinese was added to the Hite curriculum. In addition to creating cultural and language awareness, the decision was made to use Chinese instruction to support Singapore Math.
